Peptide Therapy · In-Person & Telehealth

Targeted Protocols.
Real Science.

Peptides, prescribed right — not “stacked” off the internet.

Peptide therapy has exploded in popularity — and unfortunately, so has bad practice around it. At PPW, peptides are prescribed after a full evaluation, tailored to your biology and goals, and monitored the way any medical protocol should be. No mystery vials, no guessing.

Who This Is For

Who This Is For.

Peptides are tools, not magic. They work best when matched to specific goals and integrated into a broader plan. Here’s who we see the most success with.

01

Body Composition

Patients looking for sustainable fat loss and muscle preservation with GLP-1 and related metabolic peptides.

02

Recovery & Repair

Athletes and active adults using peptides to accelerate tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and maintain training volume.

03

Longevity-Focused

High performers investing in cellular health, energy metabolism, and the kind of aging outcomes most people don’t know are possible.

04

Performance Athletes

Competitors using legally prescribed peptide protocols to support recovery between sessions and competitions.

What We Do Differently

Prescribed,
Not Prescribed At.

The peptide space is full of generic stacks, unregulated sourcing, and advice from people who aren’t qualified to give it. At PPW, every peptide protocol starts with labs, runs through a medical provider, and gets matched to your specific goal — not a copy-paste plan you found online. We source from licensed compounding pharmacies and monitor the way we’d monitor any other medical therapy.

“If you’re going to use peptides, use them right — with labs, with monitoring, and with someone who can tell you when to stop.”

— Stuart Riggins, FNP · PPW Co-Founder

01

Lab-Informed Protocols

We don’t prescribe peptides based on symptoms alone. Your protocol is shaped by your lab work, your goals, and your baseline — not a generic stack.

02

Licensed Compounding

Every peptide is sourced from licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies — not gray-market suppliers. You know what you’re injecting and where it came from.

03

Goal-Matched Selection

Different peptides for different goals. Body composition, recovery, longevity — each has a different toolkit. We pick the right ones for you.

04

Ongoing Monitoring

Regular follow-ups, labs when indicated, and dose adjustments. Peptides are medicine — and we treat them that way.

What to Expect

How It Works.

A clean path from consultation to your first protocol. Most patients are starting therapy within 2–4 weeks of their initial visit.

01

Consultation

A 30-minute visit to understand your goals, review your history, and determine if peptide therapy is a fit. No commitment required.

02

Labs & Baseline

Lab work ordered to establish your baseline — metabolic, hormonal, and markers specific to the protocol being considered.

03

Protocol Prescribed

Your individualized protocol: peptide selection, dosing, delivery, timeline, and expected milestones. Medications shipped directly to you from a licensed pharmacy.

04

Monitor & Adjust

Regular check-ins to track progress, adjust dosing, and transition off when the goal is met. Peptides are tools — not permanent medications in most cases.

“Peptides are powerful — and that’s exactly why they need to be prescribed and monitored like any other medical therapy. Not handed out like supplements.”

Stuart leads peptide therapy at PPW with the same clinical rigor applied to hormone optimization. Every protocol is lab-informed, monitored, and integrated with your broader performance and wellness plan — never an isolated script.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked
Questions

Are peptides legal?

The peptides we prescribe are FDA-regulated or prescribed through licensed compounding pharmacies under medical supervision. We don’t prescribe or recommend anything sourced from gray-market suppliers. Everything is through proper medical channels.

Are peptides injected?

Most therapeutic peptides are delivered as subcutaneous injections — similar to insulin pens, with very small needles. Some protocols use oral, nasal, or topical delivery. We’ll walk you through exactly what your protocol involves and teach you proper technique if injections are part of it.

How long does a typical protocol last?

It depends on the goal. Recovery-focused protocols may run 4–12 weeks. Body composition protocols often run 3–12 months. Longevity protocols may be longer-term. The point is always to achieve the goal, not to stay on therapy indefinitely.

Are there side effects?

Every medical therapy has potential side effects. Most patients tolerate peptide therapy well when properly dosed and monitored — but there are real considerations for specific protocols that we discuss during your consultation. Full transparency is part of how we practice.

Can peptides be combined with hormone therapy?

Yes, and often they work better together. Many PPW patients are on combined hormone and peptide protocols for body composition, recovery, or longevity goals — with everything coordinated under one plan by the same provider.

Is peptide therapy available remotely?

Yes — we serve peptide patients via telehealth across Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, and Arizona. You’ll need local lab draws, which we help coordinate, but consultations and management happen by video.
