IV Therapy & Recovery · Lubbock, TX
Recovery,
Delivered Direct.
Performance IV protocols in a clinical setting.
When the gut can’t keep up with what your body needs — after hard training, a long season, illness, or just too many miles on the machine — IV therapy delivers straight past it. Fast absorption, controlled dosing, and protocols built around what your body is actually asking for.
Who This Is For
Who This Is For.
IV therapy isn’t a lifestyle gimmick here — it’s a clinical tool. Here’s who gets the most out of it.
01
Athletes
Pre- and post-competition recovery, between-session replenishment, and in-season maintenance for competitive athletes at every level.
02
Active Adults
Weekend warriors, regular trainers, and high-volume movers whose recovery isn’t keeping up with their output.
03
High Performers
Executives and professionals running on short sleep, travel, and demand who need fast turnaround from fatigue or jet lag.
04
Immune & Illness Support
Feeling something coming on, recovering from recent illness, or going into a travel-heavy week — IV support in a medical setting.
What We Do Differently
Clinical.
Not Casual.
Most IV bars are run like lounges — aesthetic, fast, and disconnected from any real medical care. PPW’s IV program runs inside a medical practice, staffed by medical professionals, with protocols that make sense for what you’re actually trying to accomplish. Cleaner sourcing, better monitoring, and — if needed — direct coordination with the rest of your care.
“IV therapy is medicine. The environment should look like one, the sourcing should meet one, and the person running it should be trained for one.”
— Stuart Riggins, FNP · PPW Co-Founder
Medical Environment
Your infusion happens inside PPW’s clinical space — not a storefront IV lounge. Supervised, private, and held to medical standards.
Clean Sourcing
Fluids, vitamins, and compounds sourced from licensed pharmacies with transparent supply chains. You know exactly what’s going in.
Protocol Matching
We match the IV to the goal — recovery, immune, performance, hydration, NAD+. Not every drip suits every person. The intake conversation matters.
Integrated Care
If you’re already seeing PPW for hormones, performance, or PT, your IV therapy fits into the rest of your plan. No siloed decisions.
What to Expect
How It Works.
Most IV sessions take 45–75 minutes start to finish, with very little lead time required to get scheduled.

A short medical intake to confirm the protocol fits and you’re a safe candidate. Most clients are in the chair within 10–15 minutes.

The Infusion
Comfortable, seated infusion in our treatment room. Most sessions run 30–60 minutes of drip time, during which you can relax, read, or work.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked
Questions
How long does an IV session take?
Most infusions run 30–60 minutes of drip time, plus a brief intake up front. Plan on 45–75 minutes total from arrival to walk-out. NAD+ protocols typically run longer.
Is there any downtime after?
No. Most patients go straight back to their day — work, training, or whatever’s next. Some report noticeable hydration and energy within a few hours.
Do I need to see a provider before my first IV?
First-time patients complete a brief medical intake to confirm you’re a safe candidate for the protocol. It’s not a separate appointment — it happens at the start of your visit.
How often can I do IV therapy?
It depends on the protocol and your goal. Recovery IVs may be used weekly during hard training periods; NAD+ protocols typically follow a series-then-maintenance schedule. We’ll recommend cadence based on what you’re trying to accomplish.
Is IV therapy covered by insurance?
IV therapy is not typically covered by insurance. Pricing is transparent and confirmed before treatment. HSA/FSA cards may be eligible for certain clinically indicated protocols — ask at intake.
What if I’m nervous about needles?
Totally fair. Our team does IVs all day — our placement is quick and practiced, and we prioritize your comfort. For nervous patients, we’ll walk you through every step and go at your pace.
